BigDay is not just an equipment rental company. We are a group of companies specialised in weddings, occasions and events, whose journey began more than twenty years ago in the UAE and grew to bring design and décor, hospitality and catering, sound and lighting, entertainment and heritage troupes, photography, security and logistics under one roof.

We believe a big day leaves no room for trial and error. So we work with a clear method: we listen first, visit your home or venue wherever you are, design to real dimensions, and commit to a written quote and a precise timeline. On the night, a single coordinator runs everything so you can live the moment without carrying the weight.

Over these years we have delivered thousands of weddings, milchas and henna nights, graduations and National Day celebrations, company openings, conferences, government occasions and festivals across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, the east coast and Al Dhafra.

We respect the privacy and traditions of Emirati and Gulf families: all-female crews for ladies' sections, female DJs, bands, photographers and security, and no-music DJs for those who prefer them — while offering the latest in global design: smart lighting, LED screens, effects, crane and drone filming.

BigDay is licensed by the Department of Economy, works with official contracts and invoices, and is proud that most of our clients reach us through a previous client's recommendation.
